Who we are

What this site collects
This site has no forms, accounts, audience analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts and visual assets are served with the pages, without requests to third-party font services. The page address determines the language; we do not store that choice in your browser.
If you write to us
When you email hello@ailuin.com we process the data you send (name, company, email address, message) to reply and to follow up on a possible business relationship. Legal basis under the LGPD (Law 13.709/2018): steps prior to a contract at your request and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. We keep correspondence for as long as the relationship or enquiry is active, and then for the period required by Brazilian law. Email is hosted on Google Workspace.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to hello@ailuin.com. We answer within the period set by the LGPD. You may also complain to the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD).
